You know, it's really easy to post job listings on a bunch of different platforms. And to manually search for candidates on various job boards. These are solved problems. But it's surprisingly challenging to find the right people for your team without spending a ton of time and effort. Having to go the manual route for something that should be fundamentally simple is a red flag. And an opportunity.

It really shouldn't be this hard. So we did something about it!

Introducing Source for Me.

It's a dead simple feature in our Hire.Inc software that finds job candidates for you. Here's the deal:

1. You tell it what you're looking for - skills, experience, location, whatever.
2. It goes out and scans a bunch of databases and platforms.
3. You get a list of potential candidates who actually fit what you need.

And get this - it doesn't just find people who are actively job hunting. It finds anyone who matches your criteria, whether they're looking or not. That's huge.

Source for Me isn't trying to reinvent the wheel. It's just making the wheel roll a whole lot smoother. We've published job listings and searched for candidates ourselves, and we've had to go the tedious manual route each time. It's a pain. This fixes that.
